She is passionate about transforming and growing organisations, future-proofing them for the ever-changing landscape we face and has worked across fast growing startups to large corporations, government and NFPs. Vic's proven track record reflects a deep understanding of technology, finance, and operational excellence. She's currently Director of ASB, Chitogel, Figure.NZ and Chair of Variety, the Children's Charity.
