Is your board investing time to reflect on their own performance? Are you enriching the value of the board to add to the organisation overall?
Join us, as Gallup shares their research around the importance of continuous development for senior leaders and board members.
Gallup senior consultant Patricia Hubbard will discuss the practical pathways individuals can take in their development. She will highlight how 360 feedback can enable board members to create organic growth through human development — leading the organisations they govern to be more productive.
You'll hear:
1. how regular reflection is crucial for personal growth and increasing group performance.
2. how a strengths-based approach allows us to tap into our natural abilities to achieve excellence.
3. from Wayne Church how the IoD’s 360 framework tool, an offering available to members of Institute of Directors, can positively foster an impactful personal development journey.
Objective:
The objective of the session is to gain practical tools to drive excellence in performance through reflection on performance feedback.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
