Overview

We are delighted to have IoD Chartered Fellow Mary Devine as guest speaker at our November evening event.  Mary is currently Managing Director of Hallenstein Glassons and on the boards of Foodstuffs South Island and Foodstuffs NZ.  Previously Mary has been a full time independent director with a portfolio of appointments spanning private and public listed companies.  Mary will present on lessons from an executive and governance perspective through COVID – we look forward to her sharing her experiences with us.

Mary Devine

Mary is an experienced executive and company director with strong commercial acumen and expertise in omni channel retail, strategy and transformation across a broad range of industries from retail, energy, insurance and consumer goods. She is Managing Director of Hallenstein Glassons, a director of Foodstuffs SI and NZ, and on the board of Christ's College. Previously Mary was on the board of CCHL, IAG, Meridian Energy and Briscoes. In 2013 Mary was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) for services to business.
