Passions and Goals: Natasya Jones is dedicated to normalising and celebrating neurodiversity globally. She partners with individuals and organisations to understand, support, and harness the power of ‘true’ diversity, creating environments where differently-wired brains are valued for their unique contributions. 
Personal Journey: Natasya’s passion for neurodiversity advocacy is deeply personal. In 2014, her son was diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger's syndrome. Navigating the school system with him highlighted the challenges and lack of support for neurodiverse individuals. This journey inspired her to establish DivergenThinking. Her own diagnosis of ADHD with dyslexic traits in 2020 reinforced her commitment to this cause. 
Mission: Through DivergenThinking, Natasya aims to transform the perception of neurodiversity worldwide. She strives to foster a culture that embraces cognitive diversity as a source of innovation and strength, influencing policies, educating leaders, and driving systemic change. 

Anton Ashcroft

BSc, MSc, MBPS, MDFP, CPsychol

Professional Role: Psychologist with extensive experience in forensic, clinical, corporate, and prison environments.
Research and Development: Anton has researched and developed programmes that deliver transformative and lasting change to individuals and teams. His work focuses on creating impactful interventions tailored to diverse settings and needs.
Personal Journey: Anton’s commitment to neurodiversity advocacy is rooted in his personal experiences. Anton is ADD, and as a parent to a son with Asperger's/autism, Anton understands the unique challenges and strengths associated with neurodiverse conditionsHis personal journey has driven his passion for developing inclusive programmes that support and empower neurodiverse individuals.
Mission: Anton aims to leverage his expertise to foster environments where neurodiversity is understood, respected, and valued. Through his work, he seeks to promote neurodiversity as a vital asset in various sectors, advocating for inclusive practices that benefit both individuals and organisations.
