Join us at this breakfast to hear Nick Grayston share his experience and insights on how modern retail strategy is adapting in a post-Covid world.
A bellwether for New Zealand retail, The Warehouse Group CEO Nick Grayston will share how modern retail strategy is adapting in a post-Covid world. A focus on sustainability, adopting an Agile way of working and building a strong customer centric ecosystem have been hallmarks of transformation of The Warehouse Group in the last five years. Nick will share his learnings and insights for other Kiwi businesses.
Nick was appointed Chief Executive of The Warehouse Group in January 2016. He moved to New Zealand from Chicago where he held leadership roles with Sears Holdings. Nick has also held senior executive positions with Foot Locker, Laura Ashley, Woolworths, Debenhams and Marks and Spencer.
Since joining TWG, he has driven a massive transformation, leading to a 165% increase in profits. This has required fixing retail fundamentals from buying to operations, from systems to culture as well as investing in the company’s digital future, going Agile and building a modern ecosystem in order to provide sustainable and affordable options for Kiwi customers across the Groups brands - The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationary, Noel Leeming, Torpedo7 and TheMarket.com.
A table of ten booking is available for $850.00 subject to availability at the time of booking.
