Jana Rangooni
CMInstD
Jana is currently Chair of the Radio Industry Body and Chair of Paralympics New Zealand.
Jana has been on the Board of PNZ since 2016 and Chair since 2021.
She is based in the Bay of Plenty and is former Chair of the Bay of Plenty branch of Institute of Directors.
Sam Fellows
CMInstD
Sam is passionate about the good governance of sporting organisations. Currently, Sam serves as a member of the Sports Tribunal of New Zealand and as the Deputy Chair of the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union. Previously, Sam was a lawyer specialising in Sports Law, working with both National and Regional Sports Organisations as well as athletes.
Now, Sam provides consulting and governance services to sporting organisations.
Diana Puketapu-Lyndon
CMInstD
Diana is the current Chair of New Zealand Cricket. Formerly a Chief Financial Officer, she has experience in the commercial sector as well as a number of sporting environments both in management and governance. She worked on two America’s Cup campaigns in New Zealand and Europe and has held board roles on World Masters Games, Netball Northern and Auckland Football.
Diana has previously held board roles with two NZ listed companies as well as her iwi commercial board Nati Growth Limited. Diana is a chartered member of the NZ Institute of Directors and a chartered accountant.
Martin Snedden
Martin has had a lifetime involvement in sport, first as a player, and then as an executive and governor.
He was CEO of NZ Cricket (2001-2007) then of Rugby World Cup (2007-2011). He has been a director of NZ Cricket at various times over the last 34 years, and board chair 2020-2023, as well as chairing other NFP boards.
In recent times he has been leading the creation and activation of a National Sporting Organisation and Regional Sports Trust governance community, facilitating relationship-building and governance learnings for 40+ board chairs and others involved in the leadership of these organisations.
