Join us for this Directors’ Deep Dive lunch hosted by branch sponsor UC Business School
Capitalising on advances in Generative AI, while mitigating risks, depends on good AI governance.
Presenting on the latest research in this area, UC MBA Director Associate Professor Elsamari Botha introduces a human-centred framework for implementing AI in business, called the CARE framework. In addition, four “terminal” risks associated with implementing GenAI are discussed, with use cases and examples.
This practical approach to leveraging AI in business, provides leaders with clear guidelines and questions to take to their senior leadership team and boards. At the end of this session, business leaders will have the foundation they need to take the first steps in governing AI in their companies.
Directors' Deep Dive events are smaller interactive discussion-style sessions where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives.
