Overview

What does it take to be an ethical leader? How are your values and principles reflected in your behaviour on your board and in guiding management and the decisions they make for the organisation.

Join us for this event with IoD CE Kirsten (KP) Patterson CMInstD. KP will provide an overview of ethics, whistleblowing, and speak up culture in organisations. The session will also involve a series of moral dilemmas for boards where you’ll have the opportunity to work together to determine the right ethical outcomes for the organisation.

You’ll come away from this session with a better understanding of your own ethical motivations and how these can be applied to leadership in the boardroom and to your organisations.

Your workshop registration also includes complimentary attendance at the Mid Canterbury Christmas networking event following the workshop – an opportunity to continue your discussions, celebrate this year’s achievements and look forward to 2025.
