Join us for our new Governance in Action programme, where you’ll engage in guided observation and reflection on real-world public sector governance.

March/April programme details:

  • Watch a recorded session of the Christchurch City Council’s Finance and Performance Committee meeting.
  • Participate in an in-person workshop at the Christchurch Civic Building with:
    o    Cr Sam MacDonald (Committee Chair)
    o    David Corlett (Committee Secretary)
  • Engage in guided discussions led by experienced directors, helping you analyse and apply governance insights.
