Hosted by Branch Chair Lloyd Mander CFInstD, Branch Manager Sharynn Johnson and Branch Executive Kim Gerard will also be available to answer any questions about your membership or the services the IoD provides.
CFInstD
Lloyd is the Institute of Directors’ Canterbury Branch chair. He chairs the IoD's Membership Committee and is a member of the IoD Standards Committee.
Lloyd is all about “creating value by valuing difference” and leads DOT Scorecard, a consultancy that works with boards and senior teams facing complex decisions to improve capability for diversity of thought and to develop the decision-making culture that is required to realise diverse thinking.
Lloyd has spent the last decade supporting good governance in areas such as community housing, energy, transport and the commercialisation of new technologies, as either a board member or in an advisory capacity. He is a director of Bellbird Hearing and an Advisory Committee member for St George’s Hospital.
CFInstD
Jane is a Chartered Fellow of the IoD and has served the Canterbury branch for over 13 years, overseeing the local IoD Emerging Director and First Steps in Governance programmes. She also supports the Canterbury Peer Support programme which allows members to discuss professional and personal issues with a senior director.
Jane has held executive and senior roles in the education and health systems as well as in local government. She currently chairs the boards of Nurse Maude Association and Brackenridge Services Ltd and holds leadership roles in health system.
