Overview

In this Directors’ Deep Dive session, lead by branch sponsor Pivot and Pace, we will discuss some of the considerations that a board needs to work through as an organisation prepares for sustainable growth beyond a tough economic cycle.

Key discussion points will include:

  • Positioning for growth: How can the board ensure the organisation is positioned to grow market share.
  • Strategic planning: Why an updated and integrated strategic plan is crucial.
  • Reality check: Understanding the organisation’s current state and readiness for growth.
  • Alignment: Ensuring the board and executive team are on the same page.
  • Building momentum: Balancing speed, execution, and confidence while refining the plan.
  • Future-proofing: Preparing for long-term sustainable growth and securing access to capital.

Directors' Deep Dive events are smaller interactive discussion-style sessions where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives.
