Overview

In this Director Deep Dive session, Bryan Bollinger, Professor of Marketing at NYU Stern and Erskine Fellow at the University of Canterbury, will explore what influences consumer decisions, from purchasing sustainably labelled products to adopting solar technology or lending on microfinance platforms.

Gain valuable insights into how consumer responses to different behavioural phenomenon shapes markets and what this means for directors, business owners, and policymakers.

Directors' Deep Dive events are smaller interactive discussion-style sessions where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives.
