Tania Te Rangingangana Simpson ONZM

Master of Mātauranga Māori, B.A Māori, AFInstD
Tania is committed to improving outcomes for Māori and supporting the Treaty relationship. She is currently a Director of Meridian Energy, Auckland Airport and Waste Management NZ.
Tania is also a member of the Waitangi Tribunal and Deputy Chair of Waitangi National Trust. She recently retired as a Director of Tainui Group Holdings, Chair of the Sustainable Seas National Science Challenge and a member of the Deep South National Science Challenge board. Tania is a published author, a Distinguished Alumna of Waikato University and a member of Global Women.
Her past roles include Deputy Chair of the Reserve Bank and Landcare Research, Director of AgResearch, Waikato Endowment College, Mercury Energy, and Chair of Maniapoto FM.
Claire van der Most

Chair of the Hamilton Multicultural Trust. Claire oversees programs that assist migrants and refugees in settling successfully in the Waikato community.
She is also a board member of several important organisations, including Enrich Group, Waikato Regional Property Trust, and Age Concern Hamilton.
Natasha Harvey
CMInstD
Natasha is an experienced financial leader with a diverse background in accounting, finance, and governance. As a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, she has developed a strong focus on delivering commercially driven outcomes.
Her career spans various sectors, including SMEs and non-profits, where she has consistently provided visionary financial leadership.
Natasha’s expertise includes strategic thinking, business transformation, and IT strategy. She has a proven track record of guiding organisations through complex challenges, always with a commitment to transparency and collaboration.
As the CFO of DEC Pharmaceutical, Natasha leverages her financial acumen to drive the company’s growth and long-term success.
Tracey Hook
MInstD
Currently CFO of Tainui Group Holdings, Tracey has had a distinguished career with key governance roles, including as CEO of Ngāti Awa Group Holdings Limited.
Tracey led the organisation, iwi, and community through the devastating tragedy of the Whakaari Island eruption, demonstrating resilience and leadership in the face of crisis.
