Join us for an insight into what security strategists are seeing as risks to business in the cyber-realm.
Kordia’s independent cyber consultancy – Aura Information Security have a team of ethical hackers. They conduct regular penetration tests for businesses to help identify vulnerabilities before they can be exploited by cyber-criminals.
In this session, Aura Information Security GM Patrick Sharp will introduce Principal Security Consultant Mike Haworth to share his experience as an ethical hacker.
Mike will discuss how cyber-criminals are evolving in this rapidly evolving threat landscape with particular emphasis on cloud security.
This is an opportunity to ask a security strategist what they are seeing plus understand practical steps you can take to assess the risk of cyber breaches to your business.
Patrick is the General Manager of Aura Information Security, a cyber security consulting division of Kordia Limited, focused on providing independent, expert advice to public and private sector organisations throughout NZ and Australia.
Until recently, Patrick has been working as a security consultant at Aura; helping businesses develop cyber strategy, identify cyber risks and acting as a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer.
With 25 years’ experience in IT and 10 in cyber security, Patrick holds an MBA and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).
