Suneil Connor

Suneil Connor is the Group Chief Financial Officer for Service Foods. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, chair of New Zealand Food Network, director of KiwiHarvest, and board member of Auckland Foundation.

Suneil is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for KiwiHarvest, New Zealand Food Network and Auckland Foundation. Suneil joined the Auckland Branch Committee in February 2018, and has been a judge on the Emerging Director award since 2019.

Sandy Kimpton

CMInstD

Sandy Kimpton leads an organisation focused on making a positive difference to families and businesses with sustainable intergenerational outcomes.  She is Chartered member of the IOD and is a director and advisory board member of several private family enterprises.  Her executive Chartered Accountant / CFO career principally centred on multi-generational family enterprises providing an extensive backdrop for the good, bad and ugly that can occur with the business & family intersect.  Combining business, executive and governance skills together with a holistic overlay of family dynamics & values she focuses on positioning the business, family unit and the individuals to all thrive.

Sam Johnson

CMInstD

Sam Johnson is the Projects Director of STILL, a Japanese-New Zealand family office focused on starting or acquiring 100 companies that are fundamentally good for Aotearoa New Zealand. Sam is a director of several STILL100 companies and serves on the boards of The Aspen Institute, the Isaac Theatre Royal, and the Student Volunteer Army, which he founded and led from the Christchurch earthquakes until the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Henry Brandts-Giesen

Henry is a leader in the Dentons Global Family Office (DFO) group, recognised globally for his expertise in the
organisation and regulation of private wealth.  Henry is general counsel and strategic advisor to single family offices, investor migrants and foreign investors, multi-family offices and trust companies, entrepreneurs and family businesses, private fund managers and investors, philanthropists and grantmakers, and athletes and sports agents.

He is particularly focused on private wealth planning, family office design and governance, family business succession, trust law, fiduciary risk management, family/private wealth/relationship property related dispute resolution, residency by investment, cross-border wealth structuring, transitional residency tax planning, private funds, strategic philanthropy, captive insurance, global tax reporting and compliance, and financial regulation relating to private wealth.

Henry is jurisdictionally neutral and operates globally to develop global strategies and provide/procure global solutions for global clients from within and beyond the Dentons platform.

Henry is ranked band 1 by international legal directory Chambers and Partners, is sought after as a speaker at conferences and forums, and a published author.
