Join us for a kōrero one year after New Zealand's government change, exploring insights and strategies for effective governance.
In today's fast-evolving political landscape, directors and board members must be equipped to navigate the complexities that come with political change.
In the final of KPMG’s Governance in Government breakfast series for 2024, this session, led by experienced governors Alan Bollard and Helen Anderson, will explore the challenges and opportunities that arise from shifts in the political environment.
Helen and Alan will speak to strategies to maintain stability, how to evolve strategy to meet new expectations , and leverage change for the benefit of your organisation.
Whether you are a seasoned director or new to the boardroom, this session will offer valuable insights to help you steer your organisation through uncertain times with confidence.
