CPD
All genders are welcome to join us to hear Sharon Wards and Shelly Mitchell-Jenkins discuss their journeys in governance.
Moderated by Rob Campbell, experienced directors Shelly and Sharon will discuss their governance journeys and the changes they have seen across various types of entities.
Key themes will include diversity culture and the role of female directors, why female directorship is important, with the conversation underpinned by the value and perspectives that women bring to Boards and in governance generally.
Our panelists will discuss whether we are making progress, the importance of male directors being supportive and positive enablers of women in the boardroom, how much has changed, and how far do we still have left to go?
All genders are welcome to join us for what will be a topical and fascinating discussion.
