Catherine McMillan

Catherine is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow Chartered Accountant. She has experience in the public sector, corporate business and education, both in senior management and governance roles. Her consultancy business focuses on governance services, director training, strategy development and business re-structuring. 

She has held governance roles in a variety of organisations and, amongst others, is currently a director with Tātai Aho Rau Core Education Limited and a Trustee with the CSO Foundation.

Catherine believes that effective governance decision-making contributes to the overall success of the organisation. Good governance takes a broad view of success, ensuring good culture and a long-term view of sustainability.

During her downtime, Catherine enjoys getting out into the rural environment and loves learning and trying new things.
