Institute of Directors Annual General Meeting (AGM) 21 June 2023

Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM at the ASB Cube in Auckland. SIxty members attended the AGM in person and 141 members joined online.

This was an historic occasion for our Institute because it marked the final step in the transition to our new governance structure. With the appointment of an individual Board Chair and Council President, roles that were combined during the transition, we are now truly in a new era.

Our Board has two new members, Ross Buckley CMInstD, who will serve as Chair, and Lana Ngawhika MInstD. Current Board member Chris Day CMInstD will become Deputy Chair.

Thank you to Ian Fitzgerald CFInstD, who is stepping down from the Board.

On Council, Jackie Lloyd CFInstD takes up the role of President, and Trish Oakley CFInstD becomes Vice President.
