I’m into people who care. I like working with successful businesses with a worthwhile purpose that change peoples’ lives for the better.

I’m a proven entrepreneur having lived and prospered through a management buyout, leading several start-ups and a successful exit.

Since 2006, I’ve been a partner in Movac Ltd, and business investment manager that backs New Zealand businesses with the potential for rapid and large-scale growth. Our most famous investment was in Trade Me.

Through Movac I hold several other director roles – at the moment I’m serving on the boards of five organisations, a mixture of SME's, start-ups and a not-for-profit company.

Prior to Movac I was chief executive of Movac’s first business now known as Maven Consulting. Throughout my career, I’ve held a variety of management and leadership roles, giving me a unique perspective on business and entrepreneurs.
