An opportunity to share insights and hear from experienced directors on applying for board roles.
Securing a board appointment is a strategic process that requires preparation, positioning, and persistence. This Women Directors’ Network Mentor Circle event offers a unique opportunity to hear from leading director Jackie Lloyd CFInstD, who will share her insights on the evolving board recruitment landscape, what boards are looking for, and how to stand out as a candidate.
Participants will then move into small-group discussions facilitated by experienced directors Vanessa Stoddart CFInstD, Pania Gray CMInstD and Kirsten (KP) Patterson CMInstD. These interactive sessions provide a platform to share insights, gain practical guidance, connect with experienced members, and refine your approach to securing board roles. We aim to foster open conversations in a safe and confidential environment.
Come prepared to be an active participant, provide constructive feedback, network and learn from other women in the group.
