Marianne Wilkinson

Marianne enjoys working with a wide variety of businesses and translating the often complex language of NZ employment legislation into understandable requirements and workable solutions. She guides clients through situations that can be stressful and her calm manner and plain talking ensures that a good outcome is achieved. Marianne is recognised as one of the most experienced employment relations practitioners in New Zealand, with over 20 years experience in this area of specialisation. She has extensive experience in Senior HR and Employee Relations, Performance Management Systems and Strategic Assessment/HR Audit, Diversity and Policy from her 11 years at Westpac in Health & Safety, Employee Relations, Diversity and Policy. 

Kimberley Anderson

HR Partner, Intepeople
Kimberley offers over 20 years of experience in People and Capability. She has held Senior Leadership positions in large multi-national companies and has worked in both private and public organisations in NZ, Australia and the UK. Kimberley is adaptable, pragmatic, authentic and approachable. She cares deeply about people and believes that trust is at the heart of great business results.

Brian Nathan

Partner, Duncan Cotterill
Brian is a senior litigator who advises on a broad range of disputes encompassing trusts and estates, property and construction, directors and/or shareholders. Brian is frequently involved at the contract negotiation phase to advice on risks, and at the termination stage to advice on risk management.
