Course description

This one-day course provides directors with a framework to enhance and build on their leadership capabilities, equipping them to be the best leaders – and team players – they can be.

Throughout the day, participants will be immersed in real-life scenarios commonly faced by boards. You’ll learn how to leverage different leadership approaches to achieve optimum results, adding value to board decisions and your organisation.
